3. Equipments
This tube drawing machine includes transmission system, draw bench, drive of drawing car, feeding table, dies container, mandrel system and electric control etc.
3.1 Transmission system
The whole line is driven by a DC motor with power of 160kw through toothed rack.
3.2 Draw bench
Draw bench is the main body of the machine. Main components are frame, drawing car, toothed rack. There are liner guide rail and sliding block to make sure a straightening drawing. Pneumatic clamp is on the drawing car to connect and clamp the triple tubes.
3.3 Drive of drawing car
The drawing car is driven by AC motor thorough toothed rack.
3.4 Tube prop rack
Pneumatic prop rack spins out to hold the tubes between dies and drawing car.
3.5 Tube feeding table
Tube feeding rack combines tubes table and pushing table. The tubes are pushed to the pushing table form tube table manually. Front tip of the mandrels get raised to pick up the tubes. After the tubes are well received by the mandrels, they are sent to the dies for drawing.
3.6 Dies container
Dies container locates between mandrels and drawing car. There are three dies in it with straightening adjusting device.
3.7 Mandrel System
Mandrel system is a complex of mandrels, adjusting mechanism, pneumatic drive equipment.
4. Electric control
Electric control system adopts digital motor control system and PLC to ensure a stable producing. Malfunction like overcurrent or speed lost control is under supervision. Procedures are in interlock sequences.
