2. Technical description of DC drive
With the adoption of 591 series all digital DC speed regulator of Eurothern company (UK) as the core of control, the DC drive composes the Euro extension type DC speed regulating unit matched with large power 3-phase all controlled thyristor rectifying unit, which not only can keep the features of Euro all digital regulator, but also reduce the cost. The Euro all digital DC drive is suitable for the control of external excitation DC motor, the filed part of which is composed by external enlarging power single-phase full controlled thyristor rectifying bridge.
All of the open loop and closed loop drive control and perfect protection function are realized by two sets of microprocessor of Euro all digital DC speed regulator with powerful functions. The operating panel provide all of the necessary parameters about modification, setting and measuring display for rectifier. The DC drive can automatically suit for the power supply frequency range of 45Hz~65Hz (it is not correlative between armature and field), and no requirements for power phase sequence of armature loop.
3.VERTICAL ACCUMULATE CAGE
3.1 Type:Material folding cage, inner cage welded by steel flat.
3.2 Width adjust by chain: 20mm~90mm.
3.3 Collecting capacity: 100~500m.
3.4 AC.2.2Kw motor with inverter speed adjuster,double feeding rollers with special thin strip feeding guider.
AC 2.2Kw inverter speed regulating double wheels feeding system with narrow strip guider.
3.5 Feeding speed: ≥200m/min.
3.6 Oversize: 3.8m x0.9m x2.2m.
