2500mm Chuck Diameter Pit Vertical Winding Machine For Making High Voltage
Pit Vertical Winding Machine (PVWM)is ideal equipment for making high voltage, super high voltage helical windings and disc windings of transformers. PVWM consists of pedestal, column, chuck elevation system, chuck rotation system, mobile plate platform and control system. The main concern in the machine is compact structure and high moving-rigidity, high accuracy, low power, high efficiency and long life. According to the height of winding, the chuck can be elevated up and down, so this guarantees conductor to be wound at most suitable level. The speed of chuck is stepless and adjustable. Reversible counter with power off memory can stop the winding machine automatically. Mobile plate platform can be adjusted to suitable position according to the diameter of windings. Three servomotors are located on the top of three columns respectively. The servomotors, which are controlled by software, can push the chuck up and down synchronously, stably and accurately. The CRTs are installed in the control desk. Various winding parameters are showed on the CRTs. Operating the menu and choosing different functions by finger touch the CRTs, the technology of winding can be compiled in advance or revised.
