Telecommunication Rural Solution 4G Wireless Technology For Remote Medicine
Telecommunication rural solution
Rural Solution
The challenges in rural telecommunication service are low user density, low affordability, less power supply and lack of backhaul.
The major reason of telecommunication operator to avoid the deployment in rural area is the
Low user densityand Low CAPEX & low OPEX; V+D
Less power supply Low power consumption; Sonar power
Lack of Backhaul Ethernet, Microwave and Self Backhaul
emergency communication
waterways, oil fields
Connecting rural Brazil with the
lowest cost
Flat architecture,
Far reach (NLOS) Mobile phone, SMS
Self backhaul Internet access
Self cooled equipment Remote education
Low Power installation Telemedicine
Low power consumption
Low cost (OPEX, CAPEX),
High throughput,
The challenges in rural telecommunication service are low user density, low affordability, less power supply and lack of backhaul. The characteristics of low CAPCT & OPCT, wide coverage, high capacity, combination of 2G, 3G & PTT and low power consumption make McWill suitable than any other technology to serve the rural.

200+ 4000 1, 100, 000+duty 1000X20 Two points
Power Solution
A specially designed solar power kit could keep BTS working for long time in the remote area.
Affordability Solution
Besides low CAPCT and OPCT, the Multimedia service is also an important feature for rural service. Operators could charge data service and PTT highly on business subscribers and governmental users. The differentiated charging system on service level could also help the justification of the service in poor area.

Rural Digitalization Applications
SCDMA Commercial Network in Chifeng
Chifeng is located in the east of Inner Mongolia (inner Mongolia is not Overseas). Its terrain is complex, sparsely populated, with a low phone penetration. Chifeng required a wireless access system with characteristics of "wide coverage, high capacity, coupled with easy deployment, and low cost" to solve the communication problem.
SCDMA 400M network of Chifeng has been built from July, 2005. At present, there is variety of services such as post-paid voice, prepaid voice, caller ID, call forwarding, instant indication of the charges for ach call, fax, etc. It allowed users rapid growth in their businesses, and also opened up opportunities for new business.
Rural Distance Education Network for Party Members
Xinwei established McWiLL networks in Bijie City, Guizhou Province, realized the modern remote education service for party members and also the rural broadband internet access service.
June, 2006, the project was officially accepted by the Central Organization Department.
